			ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Nikkee joined our staff as Administrative Assistant in May of 2007. She is responsible for a variety of tasks here at CMF which include order entry, scheduling updates, preparation of shipping docs, inventory records, AP / AR, and handling the phones. She is the "HUB" of the office and a very valuable part of the CMF team.


	Shipping and Receiving:

			SHIPPING & RECEIVING/WAREHOUSE Steve joined the CMF staff back in August of 2003. Steve's primary responsibility is handling the warehouse and local deliveries. Responsible for scheduling outgoing shipments and unloading containers, Steve handles all of the freight and inventory that comes and goes from CMF.

			SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE Jon came to CMF in 2009 after a career as a golf professional and then project management in the multi-family construction industry. His competitive background and attention to details are a good fit for finding new customers for CMF, understanding their requirements and keeping in communication with them after the order is placed. Jon is a son-in-law to the owners and is being groomed as part of the next generation of management of CMF Industries.

			VICE PRESIDENT, SALES/OPERATIONS Dave joined CMF in the fall of 2004, after graduating from Washington State University. Dave’s focus is on developing new business, account management, importation of goods, and general company administration. His role has grown as he has increased his knowledge in all facets of the business. Dave, now serving as the VP of Operations/Sales, is also a son-in-law to the owners and will provide key leadership for the continued growth of the family business.
